Shipping & Customs Information

At Afrihome, we proudly cover all shipping costs so you never have to worry about extra delivery charges. However, since our products are imported into South Africa, it's common for customs duties to apply depending on the item.

Not all items will be subject to customs fees—it often depends on the weight, size, and type of product. When customs fees do apply, we kindly ask that customers cover the cost : Afrihome covers shipping, and we ask our customers to fulfill their customs fee.

What is your return policy?

We have a 10-day  return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at afrihome4u@gmail.com . 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, at AfriHome , we are currently only shipping to South Africa. We hope to soon be shipping internationally. Stay tuned.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most customers receive their orders within 20-30 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping on all orders over.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.
