What is your return and refund policy?

We have a 10-day return and refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most customers receive their orders within 13-20 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

While we don’t currently offer free shipping, we’ve kept it simple and affordable — a flat $10 shipping fee applies to all orders. This helps us ensure your items are packed with care and delivered safely to your doorstep, no matter where you are. We’re always working on ways to offer even better value in the future!

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.
